We have been notified by NAVC Co., Ltd., the contractor operating and managing our website and accommodation reservation system, that unauthorized third-party access occurred by exploiting vulnerabilities in their reservation engine, “RESERVE GATE α” (hereinafter “RGα”). As a result, it has been determined that the personal information of guests registered as our hotel reservation members (name, address, phone number, email address, booked hotel name, and check-in date) may have been compromised. *Please note that no leaks of credit card information or passwords have been confirmed.

To prevent the further spread of damage and to ensure security, the contractor has placed an emergency suspension on all functions of “RGα.” Consequently, accommodation reservation services on our official website will remain temporarily unavailable until service is fully restored. We sincerely apologize for the significant inconvenience and concern this may cause our guests.

■ Warning Regarding Suspicious Communications (Phishing Scams) There is a possibility of fraudulent emails, SMS messages, or phone calls falsely claiming to be from our hotel, the system contractor, or public authorities. Please be advised that Hotel Clio Court Hakata will never ask you to re-enter or provide credit card numbers, PINs, or account passwords via email or SMS. If you receive any suspicious message, please do not click any links (URLs), open attachments, or input personal information. Please delete the communication immediately.
