Three kinds of appetizers : Season’s soaked vegetables/ Simmered Urui and sea bream baby with egg / Soft boiled octopus and fava beans

Light meal : Steamed Clam with Sake

Sashimi:Three kinds of sashimi

Warm dish:Spanish mackerel baked with black pepper and vegetable sauce

Grilled dish:Grilled sea bream Wakasa style/ Imari beef rolled with eringi mushroom

Deep-fried food : Tempura of fried sakura shrimps and spring vegetables

Dessert : Seasonal pudding and strawberries
